Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially enjoying the South Indian cuisine and Filter Coffee. Overall, a mixed experience with notable room and service issues but exceptional dining and location offerings.

The hotel offers neat rooms with a much smaller size than expected from the website pictures, but the view and balcony from the fourth floor facing the pool make up for it. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were quite spacious and right next door. The sleek, smart, no-nonsense room was a pleasant surprise, although not as shown in Booking. The service was top-notch, with the most excellent hospitality I've come across in all my hotel stays. The location was ideal, located on MG Road right opposite a mall with decent dining options. The dining experience was awesome, well spread, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the rooms being smaller than expected and the dining experience being manic were slight downsides.

I was delighted with the room provided by the friendly lady at the front office; it had a very distinct character that helped me relax and enjoy my coffee, although the bathroom felt a bit snug. The service, especially from Miss Jogita at the front desk, was attentive and kind. The location, despite needing upkeep, was conveniently situated on a main crossroad with the added advantage of having the TANDOOR restaurant nearby. The dining experience was good with a nice variety of dishes, although the fruit options varied. The hotel offers a good value for money with its excellent service and facilities.
